Country Manager
The role comprises the commercial development of the business by promoting 2night communication services to the trade sector operating in the field of entertainment and spare time (restaurants, pubs, cocktail bars, and similar venues) and to the corporate sector..
The role will involve:
� Recruiting, training, mentoring of the sales force and other staff members;
� Administration: bookkeeping (sales sheet; purchase sheet; petty cash), incoming and outgoing payments, invoicing;
� Legal aspects: contracts, privacy agreements and other general matters;
� Marketing
Required Skills/Experience:
- Proven sales experience of least 1 year gained in the field of entertainment;
- Bachelors Degree
- Drive, energy, self motivation and must be a self starter
- Goal driven approach
- Computer proficiency and good understanding of new media.
The company will offer:
- Employment contract.
- Training and mentoring in the start-up phase.
- Support and qualified technical assistance.
Fluency in English and good knowledge of Italian language required.
